Certifications in sustainable construction
LEED Certification
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)
Depending on the type of project, support is provided to the client and project team in the different stages of development: design, construction, operations and maintenance of all types of buildings, in order to comply with the standards proposed by the USGBC and finally obtain the LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
WELL certification
Certification that focuses on the well-being and comfort of the users of a built space. This can be in a new or existing space. WELL certification is a dynamic scoring system for buildings and communities that allows you to identify, measure and monitor the characteristics of built spaces that impact the health and well-being of occupants.
Living Building Challenge certification
It is an international sustainable building certification program created in 2006 by the International Living Future Institute, which can be applied at all scales, from buildings (both new construction and renovation) to infrastructure, landscapes, neighborhoods and communities. It is one of the most demanding systems since it not only seeks sustainability but also regeneration.
